PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Coppola has been involved in the processing and sale of wholesale potatoes for over 50 years.
The company’s mission is to provide a product that maintains high quality standards all year round.
It has a processing plant for unique product in Italy and guarantees the complete traceability of its potatoes, from sowing to harvesting, up to sale.
About 60% of the processed potatoes are certified Global Gap at the origin, a protocol created by the European authorities in order to respond to the growing needs of food safety and respect for the environment.
The program includes 3 types of intervention: Participation in fairs and exhibitions; Communication actions; creation of a specific brand for the foreign market.

GOALS

It is expected that the products will enter the European markets.
The international program has strong elements of innovation.
The project actions, in fact, intend to reconcile two needs:
on the one hand to strengthen the image of the Made in Italy agri-food product of Campania, famous for the characteristics of authenticity, healthiness and tradition; on the other, to show a dynamic brand, sensitive
to the food trends of consumers and attentive to product innovation to always guarantee better nutritional levels and greater food safety.

RESULTS

The internationalization program is designed to allow Coppola to enter the European fruit and vegetable market for the first time.
The company can boast of decades of experience in the sector and has the strength to start an international promotion plan to export its products. .
Among the expected results: – a first introduction of the Coppola brand, with the related creation of a positive brand reputation and a certain degree of international recognition; the acquisition of new buyers; a 15% increase in turnover due to new exports.
