Our selection of potatoes for frying allows us to have chips in our kitchens just like at the pub even when they are pan-fried. They are extremely tasty, always crunchy and do not absorb oil. The potatoes of our Fried Selection are also great for mashed potatoes, dumplings, cakes and pies.
With our Fried Selection, the chef Mauro Improta, our spokesperson and chef on the well-known cooking show “La Prova del Cuoco” on RAI1, has put together eight video recipesincluding three which are gluten-free.
We are working on launching new products with more improvements in terms of taste and authenticity.
