Short Description

Red-skinned potatoes are generally small and round with light-coloured flesh. The skin is thin, the flesh is floury and their taste is slightly more intense than traditional potatoes.

Although they are versatile and can be combined well as an accompaniment to any dish, these potatoes lend themselves to being mashed and are therefore particularly suitable for mashed potatoes, croquettes or gnocchi.
